About this opportunity
The Florida Department of Commerce, through its Division of Workforce Services, is seeking information from the marketplace regarding comprehensive Workforce Information Technology Solutions that can support Florida's Workforce Development System. This Request for Information (RFI) is focused on a Labor Exchange System that must be a web-based, customizable solution. The RFI outlines key requirements such as the ability to support Florida's Workforce Development System, provide technical questions by May 7, 2024, and submit responses by May 21, 2024. The RFI also includes an addendum that updates the Calendar of Events, including revising the dates for Oral Presentations (if scheduled) from June 19-28, 2024 to June 4-7, 2024.
The RFI does not provide specific details on pricing terms, set-asides, incumbent vendors, funding requirements or sources, or other commercial information. The purpose of the RFI is to gather information from the market to support the development of a potential future solicitation. While the RFI is focused on the state of Florida, specifically Leon County and Tampa City, the procurement does not appear to have any restrictions on the types of organizations that can respond.
