The scope requires a full-service design and implementation contractor to install structures across approximately 300 linear stream feet, including an estimated 8 headcut locations with Zuni bowl construction, in Daggett County, Utah. Work is scheduled for completion by November 30, 2026, limited to one-half hour before sunrise to one-half hour after sunset. The contractor must furnish all materials, labor, equipment, and mobilization costs, including approximately 30 tons of off-site sourced rock, with no fuel surcharges negotiable. The contractor must supply all equipment and personal protective equipment, provide emergency transportation, and power-wash equipment before site entry. Environmental compliance includes prohibition of refueling and maintenance within 200 feet of water bodies and mandatory spill reporting to the Contracting Officer Representative.
The maximum budget is $77,000, awarded as a lump sum upon project completion and final inspection approval. Respondents must demonstrate a minimum of three years' experience in river restoration projects and provide three professional references completed within the past three years; the State retains the right to verify qualifications independently.
The project site is approximately 60 miles north of Vernal, Utah, accessible via a remote four-wheel-drive road at GPS coordinates 40.9703969, -109.2837321.
