Work is performed during normal business hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding state and federal holidays, and must be coordinated with the facility's Chief Engineers Office. The vendor is responsible for work area cleanup and waste disposal.
No maximum contract amount is specified; pricing is structured as a small purchase with estimated cost to be entered by the State prior to execution. The vendor must maintain General Commercial Liability insurance of $1 million per occurrence with $2 million annual aggregate, Auto Liability insurance of $1 million per occurrence, and Workers' Compensation Insurance as required by law, naming the State as additionally insured. All services must be performed in the United States. The vendor must comply with prevailing wage requirements where applicable and execute the State of Illinois standard certifications, including non-delinquency of state debts, drug-free workplace, equal employment opportunity, and other statutory compliance requirements.
