All services must be performed in the United States, and the state will not accept remanufactured, used, or reconditioned equipment. The procurement includes nondiscrimination provisions ensuring that disadvantaged business enterprises are afforded full opportunity to submit bids without discrimination based on race, color, or national origin. A bid guarantee of $5,000 (certified or cashier's check) is required with bid submission, and a Performance Bond or Individual Surety Deposit equal to the total contract value is required for individual firm quantity lots exceeding $200,000 before contract award. Liquidated damages of $300 per day apply for failure to meet specified completion dates. Payment will be made within 30 days of receipt of proper invoices and delivered goods, with a 5% discount available if invoices are paid within 15 business days. The specific contract award value has not been disclosed in the solicitation documents; however, the contract term runs from approximately April 21, 2026, through June 15, 2026, with no renewal options.
