The solicitation does not include specific set-aside designations or restrictions on organizational types, and no incumbent vendors or current contractors are listed in the procurement documents. The procurement requires integration with existing intercom infrastructure currently utilizing Bogen and CareHawk manufacturer systems already in operation throughout the district. All work must comply with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, OSHA requirements, and Florida Building Code standards, with federal procurement provisions applying if federal funds are used for any purchases under the contract. The estimated annual contract value is approximately $50,000, though this is explicitly stated as not a commitment from the school board. The CCSB reserves the right to award to multiple respondents, reject all bids, award by manufacturer, or utilize other procurement methods at its discretion.
