About this opportunity

The School Board of Miami-Dade County, Florida, Procurement Management Services is requesting bids on classroom interactive panel bundles, digital signage, mobile stands, and installation and training services under ITB 1, with bids due October 6, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time and a pre-bid conference on September 17, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. via Google Meet. SBE/MBE/VBE certified subcontractor participation is mandatory for bids to be deemed responsive — a critical eligibility gate.

The scope comprises firm fixed pricing for a preconfigured district-standard classroom interactive panel bundle (primary award as a single reseller based on lowest total price, with possible alternate vendor award) and MSRP catalog discounts for non-front-of-classroom interactive panels, tabletop digital interactive centers, mobile stands, and installation and training services. Bidders must hold all licenses, certifications, and registrations required under Chapter 489, Florida Statutes, and State Requirements for Educational Facilities (SREF).

The contract term is one year with four successive one-year renewal options at the District's discretion. Firm fixed pricing must remain constant throughout the initial term and any renewal periods; price adjustments are permitted only with substantial documentation of market-condition changes supporting an increase not to exceed the Department of Labor price index. Additional vendors may be awarded by manufacturer for MSRP catalog discounts on supplementary products and services.

Bidders must maintain comprehensive insurance including Workers' Compensation ($100,000–$500,000), General Liability ($1,000,000 aggregate), Automobile Liability ($1,000,000), and Cyber Liability ($1,000,000) if electronic records containing student or employee personal identifiable information are transferred. Performance security at 100% of the award amount is required for contracts exceeding $200,000. Questions are due at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on September 17, 2026. Board approval is projected for November or December 2026.
