About this opportunity
Jordan School District is requesting bids for Microsoft Server Licenses under IFB 27TH04, with bids due July 31, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. MDT and questions due July 29, 2026. All bidders must be authorized Microsoft resellers or manufacturers and must certify compliance with Utah Code 63G-27 regarding public contract boycott restrictions, including prohibitions on boycotts targeting the State of Israel, traditional energy and mining companies, firearm manufacturers, and other specified categories.
The scope comprises a one-time purchase of 16 Microsoft SQL Server Standard Core 2025 licenses, 24 Microsoft SQL Server Enterprise Core 2025 subscription licenses, 208 Windows Server 2025 Datacenter licenses (2-core), 280 Windows Server 2025 Standard licenses (2-core), and 5,394 Windows Server 2025 device CAL licenses. Bidders must provide unit pricing on the required Cost Form, apply available education discounts, and indicate whether pricing is based on a State of Utah or National Cooperative Contract with the relevant contract number. JSD is tax-exempt; sales tax must not be included in bids.
Pricing must be held firm for one year from the bid due date. If the total order exceeds $80,000, the JSD Board of Education must approve the award at its August 25, 2026 meeting. JSD reserves the right to purchase a portion of the licenses if budget constraints require quantity reduction.
All bids must be submitted electronically through Utah Public Procurement Place Bonfire (U3P Bonfire). Evaluation follows a three-stage process: Stage 1 eliminates nonresponsive bids failing mandatory minimum requirements; Stage 2 evaluates technical compliance; Stage 3 awards to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Bidders may claim business confidentiality for specified information excluding pricing. Requests for exceptions to JSD's Standard Terms and Conditions must accompany the bid submission; post-deadline requests will not be considered.
