Services are provided on an as-needed basis to support approximately 48,000 students across 67 schools.
The initial contract term is one year with the option for two successive one-year renewals under the same terms and conditions, terminating on June 30 of each respective year. Contract commencement occurs within ten calendar days of the Notice to Proceed. CCPS intends to make one award but reserves the right to make multiple awards or no award. Questions are due October 22, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. EST, with answers posted by addendum on October 29, 2026. Payment is made within thirty days of invoice receipt or delivery, whichever occurs last, via electronic payment or check.
