The contract runs from August 1, 2026, through July 31, 2028, with three optional one-year renewal periods by mutual consent and three additional thirty-day unilateral extension periods at the District's discretion. Bidders must provide all unit pricing with freight and handling included, submit product samples by the bid deadline for taste and quality evaluation, include nutritional information and ingredient lists, and demonstrate E-Verify compliance and appropriate insurance coverage. The successful bidder must maintain warehouse facilities with at least two weeks' inventory and supply up to 150 chest or ice cream freezers to designated locations at no cost to the District.
