Design milestones proceed through Schematic Design, Design Development, 50% Construction Documents, and 95% Construction Documents with formal design reviews and constructability reviews at each stage. The project uses a Construction Management at Risk delivery method with weekly design-phase progress meetings and biweekly construction-phase meetings.
