The South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) is requesting bids on grounds maintenance services at the Oconee Maintenance Office in Westminster, South Carolina, under an Invitation for Bid with bids due September 16, 2026 at 2:30 p.m., and a mandatory site visit on August 20, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. The scope includes furnishing all labor, materials, transportation, and equipment for comprehensive grounds maintenance at the facility: weekly mowing and edging of designated grass areas during the growing season (April–October, approximately 30 services annually), twice-monthly maintenance during the dormant season (November–March), weed eradication through chemical and manual treatment, bed and tree trimming, disease and insect control including fire ants, and fertilization.
