About this opportunity

Greenville Water is soliciting bids for the Starsdale Area Main Replacements project (CIP 271, P-6879) in Greenville County, South Carolina. Liquidated damages are established at $1,000 per calendar day for missed deadlines, and a 10% retainage will be deducted from each pay request. Payment terms are set at net 30, and Greenville Water reserves the right to reject any or all bids and select the contractor providing the best value. While no specific budget range is detailed, the project involves significant infrastructure investment with multiple line items including rock excavation, erosion control, water main installation, gate valves, fire hydrant assemblies, and pavement restoration.
