About this opportunity
The Colorado State Patrol, CATPA division, is procuring services from Generation Schools Network on a sole-source basis for the Justice Engaged Students of Colorado (JESCO) Youth Violence Prevention Team initiative, with proposals due August 11, 2026 and contract performance running August 15, 2026 through June 30, 2027.
This is a sole-source procurement approved by the Purchasing Director on July 28, 2026. The justification rests on Generation Schools Network's exclusive development and ownership of the Lived Experience Immersion curriculum, the specialized facilitation methodology of Danielle Mason (the curriculum's original creator and lead facilitator), and the legislative mandate designating Generation Schools as the lead entity for JESCO. Adam Glasby may provide co-facilitation support.
The scope encompasses curriculum delivery and facilitation services under Year 2 of the JESCO initiative, expanding youth leadership opportunities, strengthening partnerships with the Colorado State Patrol, and broadening community engagement focused on youth violence prevention and auto theft prevention. Generation Schools Network serves as the fiscal agent providing administrative and contractual support while Mason delivers the curriculum directly to ensure fidelity to its original design.
The estimated contract value is $250,000, divided equally at $125,000 for goods and $125,000 for services, and is funded through the LEI Grant. The procurement spans Denver County and Denver City jurisdictions.
