No minimum compensation is guaranteed; payment follows TMD receipt, testing, and acceptance. Contractors must obtain a Texas Identification Number and comply with standard TMD Terms and Conditions Revision 7, including E-Verify participation, equal employment opportunity, cybersecurity training, and prohibitions on boycotts of energy companies and Israel.
