About this opportunity

The State of Utah is issuing a courtesy posting for a Fleet Leasing and Management Services solicitation through Sourcewell, a cooperative purchasing organization. This procurement opportunity is seeking vendors capable of providing comprehensive fleet management solutions for various public entities. The Request for Proposal (RFP) number is RFP_112025, with a closing date of November 20, 2025, at 4:30 PM Central Time. Vendors are required to submit all questions and proposals directly to Sourcewell's procurement office through their eProcurement System. Potential respondents must carefully monitor the solicitation for any potential extensions or modifications. The procurement is specifically focused on fleet leasing and management services, though the exact detailed specifications are to be found in the full solicitation document available on Sourcewell's website.

Utah's solicitation will potentially create a contract that can be utilized by a broad range of public sector entities, including state departments, agencies, institutions, political subdivisions, colleges, universities, school districts, special service districts, cities, counties, nonprofit organizations, and federal government agencies. While specific award values are not disclosed in this courtesy posting, the contract is designed to be inclusive and accessible to multiple governmental and quasi-governmental organizations within Utah. The procurement appears to be open to all qualified vendors, with no specific set-aside designations mentioned. Vendors from Utah are specifically encouraged to respond, even if they intend to provide services exclusively within the state. The resulting contract will be established through a potential Participating Addendum, which would enable widespread usage across various public sector organizations in Utah.
