Bidders must obtain a Unique Entity ID and register on SAM.gov, and all subcontractors must be verified as non-debarred. The jurisdictions listed are Salt Lake County and Salt Lake City.

Scope covers wallpaper removal and painting; new carpet and vinyl composition tile flooring; bringing the stair railing up to code; two new ceiling lights in the upstairs living room; refinishing kitchen cabinets and the pony wall; and replacing basement bedroom paneling with drywall. Line-Item A covers replacing the upstairs bathroom tub and shower with a tub/shower combination and replacing the vanity countertop. Completion is due within 30 consecutive calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed, with liquidated damages of $200.00 per day for delays. The allowable general contractor markup on change orders is limited to 10%. Payment is withheld until all work is complete and compliance paperwork, including subcontractor documentation, is approved by Salt Lake City.
