About this opportunity
The City of Phoenix is soliciting sealed offers for fire station furniture, with proposals due July 3, 2026 through the City's Procurement Portal. The contract term is five years commencing November 1, 2026, with no options to extend.
An addendum (#1 Revision) was posted June 23, 2026. A prior addendum extended an offer due date to October 18, 2022, though this appears to reflect a historical document timestamp and the current due date governs. Offerors must acknowledge receipt and acceptance of all addenda through the Procurement Portal.
The scope encompasses fire station furniture to equip multiple fire stations within Phoenix. Detailed specifications and quantities are contained in the underlying solicitation documents accessible through the Procurement Portal. The agreement becomes effective upon final signature and recording by the City Clerk's department; no work or material delivery is authorized until the contractor receives official purchase order or contract documentation from the City.
Technical support for the Procurement Portal is available through the portal's support feature or by emailing procurement-support@opengov.com. Procurement officer contact information is listed in the original solicitation. Vendor questions should be submitted through the solicitation process; the addendum form includes a section for vendor inquiries and City responses, though specific Q&A is not populated in the template provided.
Contractors must acknowledge receipt of Sensitive Security Information per 49 C.F.R. Parts 15 and 1520 if accessing designated documents, and agree to destroy all materials upon completion or by contract end, whichever is earlier. The Supplemental Terms and Conditions applicable to City of Phoenix Aviation Department contracts impose extensive compliance obligations including DBE requirements under 49 C.F.R. Part 26, E-Verify employment verification, nondiscrimination and civil rights compliance, and flow-down requirements to subcontractors.
No contract value, incumbent contractor, or detailed evaluation criteria are stated in the source materials.
