Annual inspections must be scheduled with TxDOT representatives at least three business days in advance and performed between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, excluding federal and state holidays. All serviced units must be returned to their original location within 48 hours of notification. Pricing must be submitted on a firm, all-inclusive, fixed-price basis with F.O.B. destination freight prepaid. Annual price adjustments are permitted when correlated to the Consumer Price Index for Urban Wage Earners and Clerical Workers, subject to TxDOT approval. Trip charge reimbursement is available only for service locations more than 25 miles from the vendor's service location. Respondents must register on the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts' Centralized Master Bidder List and submit bids through the TxDOT Procurement Portal at https://txdot.bonfirehub.com/.
