The scope covers weekly, semiannual, and annual maintenance and inspection services across county government buildings, libraries, sheriff detention centers, fire stations, police precincts, water resources facilities, and parks and recreation centers. Each part will be awarded separately to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
Bidders must provide hourly labor rates for normal business hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday), overtime, and emergency periods, plus parts and materials markup not to exceed 10%. Pricing must remain firm for the initial contract term plus four optional one-year renewal periods. The contract begins February 7, 2022.
