About this opportunity

San Mateo County is requesting quotations for F5 training credits, with quotations due August 28, 2026. Award will be issued to the lowest, responsive bid from a qualified, responsible vendor authorized by the manufacturer or publisher.

The scope is twenty-five F5 training units. Vendors must submit a completed Pricing Bid Table in section 3 and a competitive quotation that includes accurate lead times, freight, and delivery costs. If applicable, vendors should reference the cooperative contract number on their official quotation.

The evaluation criteria are cost, conformity to specifications, and product availability. The County expects to issue a purchase order following evaluation of all quotations. Terms are subject to F5's standard terms and conditions unless a separate written agreement exists between the parties, in which case the written agreement governs.

F5 has provided a sample quotation dated August 19, 2026 (F5Q-01271309) at $60.00 per unit, totaling $1,500.00, excluding taxes, shipping, and handling. The quotation is non-binding until the County issues a non-cancelable purchase order. Sales tax is not included; tax exemption documentation is requested if applicable.
