Grantees must submit a comprehensive two-year budget and include a contingency plan for reduced funding or partial awards.
The grant term is two years with three optional one-year extensions for a potential total of five years, commencing October 1, 2026. The anticipated not-to-exceed funding is $157,796 for Fiscal Year 2026-27 and $157,796 for Fiscal Year 2027-28, with the final budget determined by the scope of proposed services and City available funding at time of award.
