Consultant responses must not exceed five pages excluding addenda and must include a letter of interest, project team identification with organization chart, team member qualifications and resumes, project references with contact information, and an estimated budget range. Cost proposals must be submitted in a separate sealed envelope. The City reserves the right to reject all proposals, waive technicalities, award multiple contractors, and negotiate final fees with the selected consultant. No specific budget or contract duration is disclosed. Submissions require one original document and one flash drive, delivered to 56 Malone Street SW, Fairburn, GA 30213.
