The City will award a single contract that begins on award and runs one year, with the City's option to extend for up to four additional one-year periods. Pricing has four components: a one-time examination development fee, per-cycle testing setup, a per-candidate online examination fee, and optional services such as study guides, practice tests, and alternate versions. Attached ARPA terms and HUD Section 3 requirements apply, including Byrd Anti-Lobbying certification for purchases over $100,000 and Huawei and ZTE telecommunications prohibitions.
