The estimated budget is $4.3 million under a single-prime lump-sum contract. The mandatory pre-bid meeting was held August 28, 2026. Questions were due September 9, 2026. Five addenda have been issued (Addenda 1–5), extending the deadline and clarifying specifications for electrical systems, door hardware, mechanical systems, flooring, and ductwork.
