The bid package is divided into three components: BP 01 for perimeter fence (Fence Area), BP 02 for perimeter fence (Sally Port Area), and BP 03 for electrical work, with six alternate bids available for deducts on concertina wire, electrical modifications, and power pedestals, plus three unit-price line items for over-excavation, crushed rock, and fence-post footing modifications.

Bid security of 5% of the total bid amount is required in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check. The successful contractor must provide performance and payment bonds and maintain required insurance. Bids must remain valid for 30 calendar days after the submission deadline. An optional pre-bid meeting is scheduled for July 16, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. (virtual); questions are due July 21, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. Bid opening occurs July 29 at 3:30 p.m. via Microsoft Teams. The notice of intent to award is anticipated July 30, 2026, with construction commencing August 14, 2026 and substantial completion targeted for November 30, 2026.
