About this opportunity

Broward County is soliciting an open-end contract for the procurement of CrowdStrike Falcon Complete Endpoint and Identity Security Solution for the Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) Division and various county agencies. The contract will exclusively provide CrowdStrike software licenses and support services, with no substitutions permitted. Vendors must be authorized CrowdStrike resellers at the time of bid submittal and maintain that authorization throughout the contract term. The solution includes cloud-based software with accompanying APIs, documentation, and updates, designed to provide comprehensive endpoint and identity security capabilities. Key requirements include the ability to provide pre-sales consultation services, a dedicated account representative, and pre-sales solutions support. The solicitation was posted on December 3, 2025, with responses due by December 17, 2025, and vendors must submit all responses electronically through BPRO. Contractors must provide quotes within five calendar days of County requests, complete software deliveries within twenty-one calendar days after receiving a purchase order, and notify the County immediately of any shipment delays.

There are no specific set-aside designations or restrictions limiting respondent types for this solicitation. The contract does not appear to have Small Business Enterprise or Community Business Enterprise goals. CrowdStrike provides a no-cost breach prevention warranty covering up to $1 million in breach response expenses, with coverage tiered by licensed endpoint quantity. The warranty includes sublimits for cyber extortion payments and varies based on the number of endpoints licensed (up to $100,000 for 4,999 endpoints, $500,000 for 5,000-10,000 endpoints, and $1,000,000 for 10,001 or more endpoints). The initial contract period will be three years from the award date, with potential for up to two additional one-year renewals. While no specific award value is explicitly stated, the contract is structured as an open-end/indefinite quantity agreement, allowing multiple county agencies to purchase the Falcon Complete solution as needed. Pricing increases are restricted during the initial contract period, with potential limited adjustments during renewal terms based on changes in consumer price indices.
