Option 2 vendors must have less than fifty percent equity ownership from outside Broward County entities, while Option 3 vendors must have at least fifty percent outside equity ownership. Joint ventures under Option 4 must identify the percentage equity interests held by each qualifying local entity. Required supporting documentation includes a Broward County local business tax receipt for all options, corporate organizational documentation for subsidiaries, executed joint venture agreements, and proof of property ownership or use rights as requested.
