Work runs Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., excluding weekends and state holidays, with 30 days' advance notice before service activation. Required qualifications include a California Motor Carrier Permit, workers' compensation insurance, and commercial general and automobile liability insurance of $1,000,000 minimum each. CDCR provides water and facility escorts; the contractor is responsible for all equipment and material security.
The State's estimate is $250,000. Services are anticipated to commence January 1, 2027, or upon approval if later, through December 31, 2029. Bidders submit rates on Exhibit B-1 across five line items: delivery, setup, and mobilization and demobilization (12 estimated services each), plus concrete crushing with and without rebar and asphalt grinding in 0–200, 201–400, and 401+ ton tiers. The estimated quantities serve bid comparison only, and the State reserves the right to adjust actual requirements. Award goes to the lowest responsible bidder meeting all compliance requirements.
