About this opportunity
The Florida Department of Transportation is issuing a notice of single-source procurement intent for Bridge Health Dashboard enhancement services, with vendor information due by July 27, 2026. Epic Engineering & Consulting Group, LLC (EPIC) has been identified as the intended single source, justified by EPIC's system architecture knowledge and stakeholder familiarity required to prevent downtime during integration of scour and water-level monitoring data from the Remote Sensor Dashboard Contract H9145.
The scope encompasses updating and enhancing the Bridge Health Dashboard, which monitors bridge structure health statewide using Resensys technology. Work includes integrating and processing data from multiple monitoring systems—cathodic protection, galvanic protection, scour, water level, acoustic, strain, movement, moisture, and bridge pile monitoring—and enhancing dashboard functionality within the Department's ESRI Experience Builder framework and existing ArcGIS organizational environment. Technical support for integrating datasets from Contract H9145 Task Work Order No. 2 is included. The work must remain on schedule to deliver enhancements during hurricane season.
The estimated contract value is $136,000 over a one-year term. The Florida Department of Transportation will solicit competing vendor responses through July 27, 2026; if no alternative vendor demonstrates equivalent capability after review, the Department will post notice of its single-source purchase decision on the Vendor Information Portal in accordance with Florida Statutes Section 120.57(3).
