Vendors must complete ownership disclosure forms and comply with Broward County's requirements for local business preferences, with classifications ranging from local businesses to joint ventures. The project is funded through multiple sources, including the Florida Department of Environmental Protection grant agreements 18BO1 and 21BO3, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers funding, and County funds. An annual allowance of $510,750 is included for specific activities like Queen Conch Surveys & Relocation and Acceptance Surveys. Insurance requirements are comprehensive, with minimum liability limits including $2,000,000 in General Liability, $1,000,000 in Auto Liability, and $2,000,000 in Pollution/Environmental Liability.
