About this opportunity
The Jordan School District (JSD) in Utah is seeking proposals for an Athletic Uniform, Apparel, Facility Branding and Merchandising Partnership for Copper Hills High School through RFP #26LC04P5. The comprehensive procurement aims to establish a multi-year contract for providing athletic uniforms, apparel, facility branding, and merchandising services across 29 sports and programs. Vendors must propose solutions for core uniform packages including home and away uniforms, warm-up sets, and practice t-shirts across three pricing tiers (Good, Better, Best), as well as facility branding elements such as athlete banners, avenue banners, vertical hanging flags, gameday banners, media backdrops, locker room decals, floor graphics, digital scoreboards, and inflatable tunnels. The evaluation will be based on a combined technical and cost scoring methodology, with 125 technical points awarded for experience, service, quality, marketing, and branding requirements, and 75 cost points distributed across uniforms (40 points), facility branding (30 points), and promotional incentives (5 points). Vendors must submit questions by December 31, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. MST through Utah Public Procurement Place Bonfire, with proposals due by January 6, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. MST. The contract will be for one year with options to renew for up to four additional one-year periods, with a planned three-year implementation timeline for apparel replacement.
The solicitation is open to vendors licensed in the State of Utah, with no specific set-aside designations mentioned. Offerors must comply with the Jordan School District Standard Terms and Conditions and submit a completed Vendor Information Sheet, Boycott Restriction Statement, and other mandatory attachments. While no incumbent vendor is identified, the RFP allows vendors to bid on one or more components, with JSD reserving the right to award separate contracts to different vendors for different components. Vendors must provide detailed pricing information, including average percent discounts off MSRP for uniforms, specific costs for facility branding items, and potential revenue sharing percentages for merchandising. The solicitation requires a minimum technical proposal score of 93 points (75%) to advance to cost evaluation, and all pricing must be guaranteed for one year with any subsequent adjustments requiring thirty days' notice and supporting documentation. While no specific budget range is provided, the comprehensive nature of the partnership suggests a significant multi-year investment in athletic and branding services for Copper Hills High School.
