Extensive insurance requirements are specified, including workers' compensation, commercial general liability, auto liability, umbrella coverage, professional liability, builders risk, contractor pollution liability, and cyber liability with varying coverage limits. The estimated contract value is approximately $1,900,000 for the initial 12-month period, with a requirement to provide a minimum of $150,000 worth of work monthly. Prevailing wage rates for Dallas County will apply per Resolution No. 20-04. The contract includes price adjustment provisions for renewal periods based on the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers (CPI-U), with adjustments permitted no more frequently than every 12 months.
