The successful bidder must furnish Performance, Labor and Material Payment, and Maintenance and Guarantee bonds. An 18-month warranty is required for all completed work and materials. Work must commence within five days of Notice to Proceed and be completed within the timeframe in the Instructions to Bidders. Proposals remain valid for 90 days following bid opening.
