Draft reports are due June 1 each year; final reports including management letters are due June 15. The County reserves liquidated damages of 2.5 percent of contract price per week for delays beyond the due date, escalating to 5 percent per week after five weeks of delinquency.

The contract runs through December 31, 2027, with two optional one-year renewal terms for 2028 and 2029, subject to annual Board of Commissioners approval and available appropriations. Tentative oral interviews are scheduled for November 5, 2026, with an anticipated Board meeting in December 2026.

Evaluation criteria are weighted as follows: project plan and approach (21 percent), qualifications of key personnel (21 percent), relevant project experience (21 percent), availability of key personnel (20 percent), cost proposal (10 percent), local preference (5 percent), and service-disabled veterans preference (2 percent).
