This solicitation has closed; Hinkle Contracting Company LLC submitted the sole bid and was awarded the contract.

The scope encompasses approximately 26 streets and multiple alleys across Owensboro, including Bullfrog Boulevard, 3rd Street/Leitchfield, Bluff Avenue, and downtown corridors such as Pearl Street, Triplett Street, Bolivar Street, Clay Street, and Crittenden Street. All work is directed by City Engineer Kevin Collignon, P.E.
