The scope comprises removal of existing carpeting and installation of modular carpet tile (24-inch by 24-inch, solution-dyed nylon, minimum 22 ounces per square yard face weight, heavy commercial traffic rating, PVC-free backing, CRI Green Label Plus certified) on two floors at 235 South Beretania Street, plus 5 percent spare tiles per floor. A bid bond of at least 5 percent of total bid price is required; performance and payment bonds equal 100 percent of contract price.

Hawaii Bidder Preference (5 percent for evaluation), Taxpayer Preference, and Apprenticeship Agreement Preference are available.
