About this opportunity
The Department of State's Bureau of Conflict and Stabilization Operations (CSO) is seeking for-profit organizations to apply for a 24-month cooperative agreement to support a program that will empower Pacific Island Countries (PICs) to identify and prevent foreign economic coercion and corrupt practices. The program will provide regional expertise, background research, and advice on coordinating regional or national tabletop exercises (TTXs) for the PICs to develop strategies and action plans to build their resilience and protect their sovereignty. Evaluation criteria will include the applicant's past performance, capability to deliver the proposed activities, and alignment with the program's objectives. Applications are due by June 27, 2024, with anticipated award in October 2024.
The cooperative agreement has a budget not to exceed $443,925 and will fund activities across multiple Pacific Island Countries over a 12-month period. The proposed work must address the U.S. Indo-Pacific strategy and the 2050 Blue Pacific Strategy to support regional cooperation and economic development.
