About this file

This document is an annex containing a set of preferred standard "F" indicators related to gender equality and female empowerment to be incorporated into the monitoring plan for a federal grant program.

The indicators cover areas such as the number of legal instruments drafted, proposed or adopted to promote gender equality; the percentage of participants reporting increased agreement with gender equality concepts; the number of persons trained to advance gender equality; and the number of local women participating in peacebuilding processes. Additional indicators address countering violent extremism, peace and reconciliation processes, and civil society organizational capacity development.

The document is related to a federal grant opportunity from the Department of State's Bureau of Conflict and Stabilization Operations to support a program empowering Pacific Island Countries to identify and prevent economic coercion and corruption. The grant is funded under the Conflict and Stabilization Operations program (CFDA 19.121).
