The contractor must maintain in-house laboratory capabilities including scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, atomic absorption spectrophotometer, and microbiological analysis with 30-minute turnaround on organism quantification. Annual boiler and chiller inspections with photographic documentation, quarterly efficiency reports, corrosion and oxygen studies, and annual business reviews 90 days prior to contract expiration are required.
