The scope of work encompasses approximately 33 acres of the Seattle VA campus, including 2,112 standard parking stalls and 217 ADA-compliant handicap parking stalls requiring annual restriping services to be completed within 60 days of commencement between June and July. The contractor must provide all equipment, labor, materials, and supervision necessary for the work, including street sweepers, power brooms, and striping machines, with the government providing no reimbursement for rescheduling or after-hours work costs.
