The handicap ramp on the north end of the road does not currently drain & we are instructed to correct this. The issue is that there is no way to make this drain with the existing grades of the surrounding curb & paving that is to remain (we have performed a detailed topo on this intersection previously & know it will not drain). In order to keep all bidders on a level playing field, please provide an engineered design to fix this issue.
