Offerors must be able to provide non-emergency wheelchair transportation on an as-needed basis, 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, with up to four simultaneous transportation requests including one that requires critical care capabilities. The base period of performance is one year with four one-year option periods. Proposals will be evaluated based on technical approach, past performance, and price, with technical significance being more important than cost. Proposals are due by November 30, 2023.

The place of performance will be in and around Temple, Texas, with transportation provided to all associated CTVHCS and CBOC locations. Pricing schedules include base rates for wheelchair transportation as well as mileage and wait time charges, indicating this single-award contract could be valued between $500,000 to $1,000,000 per year over the five-year period of performance.
