About this opportunity

The Department of the Navy Naval Supply Systems Command is procuring a web-based scheduling system to support the CNRNW Regional Dispatch Center and CNRNW Fire & Emergency Services operations. The system must provide comprehensive scheduling functionality including 24/7 recurring schedules, shift trade management, certification tracking, electronic timesheets, mass messaging capabilities, and detailed reporting features. The web-based platform must be accessible via computers (Microsoft and MAC) and mobile devices (Android and iOS), with FEDRAMP authorization required for security compliance. The vendor must also transfer existing data from the current Aladtec system and provide ongoing training and technical support. Offers will be evaluated based on price, delivery lead times, and past performance, with the government reserving the right to award to other than the lowest-priced offeror. Proposals are due by 4:00 PM on July 1, 2025, with responses to be submitted via email to the designated contracting officer.

This procurement is designated as a 100% small business set-aside, with Aladtec identified as the current incumbent contractor whose system will be replaced. The contract structure includes a base year from July 18, 2025 to July 17, 2026, with four option years extending through July 17, 2030, for a total potential contract duration of five years. The system must support 41 users for the Regional Dispatch Center in the base year and 215 users for the Fire & Emergency Services Department, with user capacity increasing to 250 for Fire & Emergency Services during the option years. The total contract value is established at $34,000,000.00 as a firm fixed-price service contract. Performance will take place in Silverdale, Washington, with some delivery locations also including Keyport, Washington, serving the Navy Region Northwest operations.
