About this file
This document is a solicitation amendment for a web-based scheduling system procurement. The amendment, issued by the Navy Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound, extends the solicitation response deadline to July 1, 2025, and is a 100% small business set-aside. The contract is for web-based scheduling systems supporting the CNRNW Regional Dispatch Center and CNRNW Fire & Emergency Services, with an anticipated firm, fixed-price service contract.
Key requirements include FEDRAMP authorization, ability to handle 41 users in the base year (increasing to 250 users in option years), electronic vehicle inspection checklists, certification and license tracking, mass messaging capabilities, and data transfer from the incumbent Aladtec system. The system must support scheduling for workgroups and fire stations, generate detailed reports, and allow for flexible user access privileges. The contract will begin on July 18, 2025, as a follow-on to the current contract N0040624P0647, with vendor payment processed through government purchase cards.
