The contractor bears responsibility for preventative maintenance, emergency repairs with 24-hour response and 72-hour repair or replacement timelines, calibrations, parts replacement, and comprehensive documentation. Delivery and full operational setup must occur within six weeks of contract award. Training includes initial operator instruction, annual refresher training, and specialized instruction for software and assay updates at no additional cost.
