About this opportunity
The Tennessee Army National Guard (134th Air Refueling Wing) at McGhee Tyson Air National Guard Base seeks supply and installation of secure video teleconferencing (S-VTC) equipment capable of Top Secret/Secret communications, with responses due September 2, 2026. This is a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS 334220. Amendment 2, posted August 21, corrected deficiencies in the original Performance Work Statement (PWS V2.0).
Place of performance is McGhee Tyson Air National Guard Base, Louisville, Tennessee, at Buildings 132, 134, and 193, serving the 134th Air Refueling Wing and 119th Cyber Operations Squadron.
All equipment must be TAA-compliant, TEMPEST-certified to AFSSI-7702 standards, and compatible with SIPR Teams Meeting and JWICS networks. Wall-mounted systems require Secret-capable VTC equipment with fiber optic runs, red/black signal separation, tamper-evident labels, integrated privacy shutters, and disabled wireless components. Desktop units must be TSG-approved Cisco WebEx Desk Class A systems with shielded Cat6/6A cabling and metal bonded connectors. Contractor personnel must obtain base identification and vehicle passes and comply with security procedures. Performance occurs Monday through Friday, 0700–1630 hours, with 24/7 warranty support excluding holidays and government-directed closures.
The base requirement includes CLIN 0001 (one wall-mounted S-VTC installation and verification) and CLIN 0002 (three desktop Cisco WebEx units, equipment only). Four unfunded options cover additional wall-mounted and desktop units across organizational units. No funds are currently available; award is subject to fund availability under FAR 52.232-18. Evaluation weights price and past performance (FAPIIS and SPRS reviews); award goes to the responsible offeror providing best value. Anticipated award date is September 30, 2026. Contact: TSgt Brian Morelock, Brian.Morelock.1@us.af.mil, (865) 336-3341.
