Place of performance is San Diego, California (Buildings 659, 660, and 3581). The solicitation covers four Modula ML75D units and one Modula ML1000D unit. The contractor must be a current Modula-certified vendor and will be evaluated as the lowest-priced, technically acceptable quoter based on past performance.
The base period runs August 21, 2026 through August 20, 2027, with four option periods extending through August 20, 2031. Pricing is Firm Fixed Price for semi-annual preventive maintenance (10 units annually) and Time and Material for corrective maintenance labor (25 duty-hour and 10 after-hour estimates), parts (10,000 units estimated annually), and pre-authorized travel. The total contract value across the base and all four options is $106,446.76. Quotations remain firm for 60 calendar days.
