About this opportunity
The Missouri Air National Guard's 139th Airlift Wing seeks installation of dual-classification video teleconference systems across four locations at the Advanced Airlift Tactics Training Center in Saint Joseph, Missouri, with proposals due September 23, 2026, and questions due September 16. The procurement is an 8(a) small business set-aside, restricting competition to qualified 8(a) firms. Amendment 01, issued September 18, extended the original proposal deadline from September 21 and modified one installation location from Building 20 Rooms 14 and 15 to Building 20 Room 16.
Place of performance is Saint Joseph, Missouri. The four installation sites span the Rausin Auditorium, Wing Conference Room, Logistics Plans Work Center, and Building 20 Room 16. All systems must support dual-classification NIPR and SIPR Teams communications, with one facility supporting JWICS Teams. Equipment specifications include large-format displays (up to 162.625 inches diagonal in the Rausin Auditorium), PTZ cameras with 1080p resolution, Dante microphones with individual acoustical echo cancellation processing, and dual 7-inch touch panels. All equipment must be Trade Agreement Act compliant and reviewed and approved by the 139th Communications Squadron prior to purchase and installation. Contractor-furnished transportation costs are included on FOB destination basis. The NAICS code is 238210 with a $19 million small business size standard. Delivery dates are February 26, 2027, for all line items. Award is on best-value basis considering price, technical capability, and delivery schedule. A mandatory site visit occurred September 14 at the Rausin Auditorium; attendees required police record checks and REAL ID-compliant identification.
