As part of the N32 Training Innovation initiative, the Curriculum Systems Division is developing a digital media pipeline to support Naval Special Warfare (NSW) training. The Naval Special Warfare Center (NSWCEN) requires the use of Independent Video Production Contractors to produce the training films that will populate the NSWCEN digital training pipelines (e.g., instructional media made available to NSW students and Instructors during training).

Amendment 0001, dated 23 August 2017:


1) Provides notification the Government is preparing responses to questions received. Due to the large number of questions, the Government will require additional time to provide responses. The Government extends due date for quotes to 06 September 2017 at 1200 Pacific Time.
2) An additional Amendment will be issued to provide a DD254 and response to questions.


All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.


Amendment 0002, dated 06 September 2017:

1) Extends the due date for submission to 13 September 2017.
2) Provides notice the Government continues to answer questions and complete approval on DD254. When completed questions and a DD254 will be posted via additional amendment.
