About this opportunity

The Defense Information Systems Agency seeks sources for two separate contracts to provide Viasat Global Network Ku-band spread spectrum services. The first contract requires five basic subscription levels for a Naval customer that can increase to plus or premium levels over five years. The second contract anticipates two plus subscription levels for an Air Force customer that can add eight basic levels also over five years. Interested parties should respond by September 20th with capability statements not exceeding five pages, including business information, contract vehicles, and plans for teaming to address the requirements. The agency will evaluate the responses to determine small business participation.

There is no set-aside designation. The anticipated NAICS codes are 517410 and PSC D304. The incumbent is Viasat, Inc. Respondents must demonstrate the ability to provide the subscription levels specified for each contract over five year periods, though the notice does not provide estimated values or timelines for the services.
